Meet Turky! As his senior human is anticipating moving into a retirement home, this sweet boy is in need of a second forever home.

After losing his beloved dog many years ago, Turky's human did not plan to adopt another animal. That Thanksgiving Day, he opened his front door to find a little confused kitten with a note that said "you need a friend". He named him Turky (Turkey) and their friendship began.

Turky is a 7-year-old gray tabby who loves to play outside during the day and then tell you all about it as he curls up on your pillow at night. He is gentle, calm, well-behaved and extremely affectionate.

Turky does not have experience with kids, but has befriended many cats and some dogs while playing outside. His ideal home would have some green space outdoors, but Turky always stays close to home when enjoying some fresh air.
