Larry

Meet Larry! As his senior humans are finding it difficult to care for him, this dapper gentleman is looking for his second forever home.

Larry is an 8-year-old fluffy white and gray boy rescued from life on the streets as a kitten. While he is shy with new people, he warms up over time and will appreciate you letting him get to know you at his own pace. Once he’s comfortable, Larry is an energetic fellow who loves to let you know it’s mealtime by placing his front paws on your knees and giving you a meow.

His days are filled with birdwatching, snuggling up beside his humans, and chasing after string toys. Larry is happy to curl up on your bed at night but is also content with having his own cozy spot to sleep. While he needs regular brushing and grooming to keep his beautiful, fluffy coat smooth and tangle-free, he doesn’t mind brushing by his humans.

Larry is an indoor kitty who has gotten along well with a mellow senior cat but would prefer a calm, adult-only home as the only pet where he can feel safe and loved. He suffered a tendon injury after a fall several years ago but received excellent vet care and shows no lasting effects. He hasn’t been around dogs but is quite scared of barking. He isn’t comfortable around children.
