Moonshine

Meet Moonshine! As his senior humans were finding it difficult to look after him, this handsome boy is looking for his second forever home.

Moonshine is a playful and cheeky 3-year-old boy. He is completely deaf but it doesn’t slow him down and he makes up for it using his other senses. Moonshine is shy when first meeting adults but loves kids. Once he gets to know adult humans he loves to play hide and seek, a game initiated with a playful look and his beautiful tail held high in the air. Moonshine also loves his catnip-filled toys and balls, and using his scratching post.

Moonshine would do best in a home where he is the only cat. He has had a lot of exposure to dogs and would be okay with a dog that is used to cats or is non-reactive towards them. Moonshine has shown that he loves children and would be happy in a home with those who can respect his boundaries. He is currently staying with a family friend until a home can be found.
