The design embodies MGC's coastal roots, while proudly representing our founding grandfather, Byron, and founding cat, Mackenzie.

Beck & Boyd was founded by Allie Beckwith in Saint John, New Brunswick. It is named in honour of her grandfather and uncle – two men with a classic, laid-back maritimer style, much like our founder’s grandfather.
Since launching nearly the same time as MGC, Beck & Boyd has grown to partner with incredible local brands, including Halifax Tides, the first women’s soccer team in the Maritimes.
