Zoey

When a senior human passed away, her beloved cat, Zoey, was in need of a second forever home. Even though they didn’t know a lot about her, family members instantly took her in and contacted My Grandfather’s Cat.

The family began working with our volunteer, Katie, to find Zoey a second forever home in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. After speaking with a few applicants, they chose Hayley to be her mom.

As there wasn’t much known about Zoey, Hayley made a vet appointment to get her checked. It turns out the sweet girl had a couple minor health concerns to address and it added up to quite the unexpected vet bill. Thanks to the generosity of donors like you, MGC was able to help cover Zoey’s initial veterinarian expenses.

Zoey is now thriving in her second forever home with Hayley and they are already becoming the best of friends.
