When his senior human decided to move for additional care, she was in need of a second forever for her beloved cat, Cole. That’s when her niece contacted My Grandfather’s Cat.

This was a very special adoption, as this family is actually our founder’s family. They began working with our volunteer, Vivian, to find a loving second forever home for sweet Cole.

They interviewed many families, but decided Jasmine was the best fit to give Cole a second forever home. Jasmine had applied for adoptables in the past, and was thrilled to be chosen as Cole’s human.
